Payments & verification

Pay with clarity.
Verify with proof.

Every AMEYOR payment starts from a written quotation and ends with a tax invoice. In between, nothing is assumed: amounts are signed, card details stay with the payment provider, and a payment counts only when the provider or the bank says it does.

Advance, milestone, balance

Three payments, one paper trail.

Advances reserve time and fund early work. Milestone and balance payments follow accepted deliverables. Each payment gets a GST tax invoice.

₹60,000 and above: three stages.

Quotation verification

Check it was really us.

Quotation links are signed with a private key that never leaves AMEYOR. This page checks the signature with the matching public key, in your browser. The quotation travels in the link's #fragment, which browsers never send to any server.

Paste the link from your quotation email. Verification happens entirely in this browser.

Signed quotation links are not switched on yet. Until they are, confirm amounts with the PDF quotation sent from hello@ameyor.in.

A verified quotation appears here: its reference, items, GST, the amount due now, and the payment methods it authorises.

Log the transaction reference

For UPI or bank transfers, send the UTR so the payment can be matched. Logging a reference does not confirm a payment; it starts the manual check.

  1. a. You log the reference.
  2. b. Status: manual verification pending.
  3. c. Founder matches it against the bank or provider record.
  4. d. You receive a confirmation and the tax invoice.

05 · Security boundaries

What this page will never do.

  • Ask for card numbers, CVV, OTPs, UPI PINs or net-banking passwords
  • Treat a page visit, a button click or a URL like ?payment_success as proof of payment
  • Embed payment-provider secret keys in this website's code
  • Mark an invoice as paid before the provider or the bank statement confirms it
  • Publish bank account details on a public page
  • Pressure you with countdowns, expiring discounts or urgent payment demands

How to recognise a genuine AMEYOR payment request

  • Arrives from the address on our website and matches a quotation you agreed to
  • Its link opens this page and shows “Signature verified”
  • Card or UPI payment happens on a Razorpay-owned domain, or by UPI to the payee shown here
  • The amount matches the stage percentage on the quotation, to the rupee

Unsure? Do not pay. Forward the message to hello@ameyor.in.

Planned payment verification boundaryThe browser asks an AMEYOR Cloudflare Worker to create an order. The Worker holds the Razorpay secret and creates the order server-side. The client pays on Razorpay's hosted checkout. Razorpay sends a signed webhook, which the Worker verifies before writing an idempotent ledger entry. Only then is a receipt and tax invoice issued. This integration is planned and not active.BrowserNo keys, no card dataAMEYOR WorkerCreates order server-sideRazorpayHosted checkoutWebhookHMAC signature checkedLedgerIdempotent, durableReceiptTax invoice by emailNOT ACTIVE YET
Reference implementation in /worker (webhook signature check with idempotency). Enabled only after merchant KYC and production activation.

Fees are not free

Payment gateways charge a per-transaction fee plus GST on that fee, and merchant onboarding can involve KYC steps. Bank transfers may carry bank charges. The quotation says who bears them; nothing is hidden in the total.

Refunds & cancellations

What is refundable depends on the stage of work. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
